KITE Sampler is available as a free download with a built-in Demo Mode. We encourage you to try the app before purchasing a license to make sure it meets your needs.
Because KITE Sampler is a digital product with a free demo, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the software and we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at hi@kitesampler.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.
All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment provider. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
