This website and the KITE Sampler application ("Service") are operated by Solid Grid Systems GmbH, Bundesallee 187, 10717 Berlin, Germany("we", "us", "our").
These Terms govern your use of the KITE Sampler application and any related services, including purchases made through our payment provider Paddle.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KITE Sampler on your devices. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the software or any license keys.
KITE Sampler is available as a free download with limited functionality (Demo Mode). A license purchase is required to unlock the full feature set.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, and invoicing on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and license key. One license is valid for one user.
The contents of this website and application have been created with the greatest possible care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Grid Systems GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
